CITRUS POUND CAKE

Hi every one
I made this pound cake and it comes out really really delicious i got this recipe from GOURMET magazine and i want to share it with you
hope to enjoy it 
so for for the ingredients we need
2 cups all purpose  flour
1/2 cup unsalted butter at room temprature
4 eggs at room temperature
2/3 cup sugar
1 ts lemon zest
1 ts orange zest
2 TS orange juice
1 TS lemon juice

mix the citrus zests with sugar

add butter and mix with pedal attachment

add the eggs one at a time and mix after each addition

add the juices and mix
than add flour at 3 times and mix after each addition


put the dough in the loaf pan and bake it in the oven (350) for 50 to 60 m
here it is i hope you will enjoy it too.

COCONUT SABLE

 Hi every one

 I like sable a lot and this is one of my favorite recipes i hope you will enjoy it too

1 cup unsalted butter at room temperature
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 egg yolks
1/2 cup coconut
1/2 ts vanilla 
2 cup pastry flour
2 drops lemon oil ( optional )

cream the butter , sugar , vanilla and lemon drops
add the eggs and continue beating
add the coconut
than flour




put the dough in the refrigerator 24 hours


 than shape it as you want
and bake it for 15 to 18 m


 deep it in the chocolate



and enjoy it

Apple Turnovers



Hi everyone, today am making apple turnovers
they taste delicious and they are so easy to make and they don't take so much time


so what we will need is


1 package frozen puff pastry squares , thawed
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 big apples - peeled, and sliced
2 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 package frozen puff pastry squares , thawed

1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Glazing
apricot glaze
confectioner sugar to decorate

put all the ingredients together on a slow heat

cook and stir for about15 minutes
than remove from the heat and let it cool

preheat the oven to 400 degrees
put 2 table spoon on each square

Fold over from corner to corner into a triangle shape
and press edges together to seal.
press them with fork
Place turnovers on a baking sheet, leaving about 1 inch between them.

Bake for 25 minutes in the preheated oven, until turnovers are puffed and lightly browned
Cool completely before glazing

Mango and Blueberry Smothie



Hi every one
this smoothie is really taste great i like it



we are going to need
1 Mango
1 lemon juice and zest
2 TB spoon sugar
4 TS whipped cream
some blueberry to put on the top


first i pitted the mango and
add the juice and the zest
add sugar than put every thing in the food processor
this the puree
than add the whipped cream

put it in the glass

add the blueberry

and here it is
