today am gonna show you how to make an easy strawberry covered with chocolate
we will need strawberry white and black chocolate

1- first we put strawberry in white chocolate like this

2- we put it in the refrigerator 2 to 3 m

3- than we dip the sides of the strawberry into dark chocolate

4- with a tooth pick we make this design

and her it is bssaha wa arraha

we will need chocolate , candy mold , almond paste , pearl dust
سنحتاج الى الشوكولا , قالب خاص للشوكولا , عجينة اللوز , الوان لامعة
السلام عليكم ورحمة الله تعالى وبركاته
هذه طريقة سهلة لعمل الشوكولا

1- melt chocolate
1- نذيب الشوكولا

2- we put some chocolate on this candy molds
2- نضع القليل من الشوكولا في القالب الخاص

3- we put it in the refrigerator for 3 to 5 m
3- نضعه في الثلاجة 3 حتى 5 دقائق

4- we take it off from the refrigerator than put some almond past
4- نخرج القالب من الثلاجة و نقوم بوضع القليل من عجينة اللوز فوسط القالب
5- we add more chocolate

5- نضيف المزيد من الشوكولا
6- we put it in the refrigerator again

6- ندخله الى الثلاجة


7- now we can add any pearl dust color we want
7- بعد ذلك يمكن اضافة اي لون من الالوان المفضلة لدينا
