Hi every one to day insha allah am going to show you how we make the stuffed dates which is a very popular in Morocco specially in weddings
so what we will need is
1 cup peeled almond
15 to 20 dates pitted
2 TS orange blossom flower
1/4 ts mastic Arabic gum
1/4 ground cinnamon
1 TS butter at room temperature
3 TS sugar
first i cleaned the dates with some orange flower water
than i pitted the dates
this is the Arabic gum
i added the ground mastic
than sugar , Cinnamon , butter, orange blossom flower
i ground every thing in the food processor
than i stuffed the dates like this
and here it is served with milk the traditional way we do it in Morocco
