Hi everyone, today am making apple turnovers
they taste delicious and they are so easy to make and they don't take so much time
so what we will need is
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 big apples - peeled, and sliced
2 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 package frozen puff pastry squares , thawed
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Glazing
apricot glaze
confectioner sugar to decorate
than remove from the heat and let it cool
preheat the oven to 400 degrees
and press edges together to seal.
Place turnovers on a baking sheet, leaving about 1 inch between them.
Bake for 25 minutes in the preheated oven, until turnovers are puffed and lightly browned
Cool completely before glazing
